The Spiral of Containment is open for reservations

Hi everyone,

The website for our first curated collection: "The Spiral of Containment: Rape's Aftermath" by Elisa Iannacone is now live.

We searched far and wide to find a collection that you - our curators, collectors and community - would be proud to support. I could not be happier in welcoming Elisa into our Light.art family.

The collection is the result of four years Elisa spent working with rape survivors to express their trauma through art. Each piece in the collection is a carefully-constructed scene that a survivor psychologically associates with their attack, including her own. The images are a way for survivors to retake their agency over their stories. This is important work and the images speak for themselves.

We are now taking pre-sale reservations for the collection, starting with our existing collectors and community. The collection images are priced at 1.5 ETH, but the first five reservations will be priced at 1 ETH as a limited offer to this mailing list only!
