Landscape photographer based in Munich & Garmisch-Partenkirchen, an awards & national geographic contest winner. Featured in internationally renowned publications like National Geographic, Lonely Planet, Michelin guides. Focusing on Europe but also traveling the world with work created in Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, Iceland, Japan, China, and other locations.
Growing up on the East side of the Berlin wall, Strelow doesn’t take travelling and enjoying the beauty of Earth for granted. He was 7 when all borders opened, which greatly added to his urge to explore the world.
Strelow today is best known for his unique time blend style, creatively expanding the limits of photography while remaining true to the moments captured. His first international acclaim was reach with his bioluminescence work, having been one of the first to use modern digital camera technology to capture closeups of glowworms in Waipu Cave, New Zealand.
